I did not manage to keep the catalpa plugged in for more than three hours in a row. It is raining. Every day, since I came back. I started plugging it in again on 29 August, after 15 days away. It modulated straight away, which shows considerable progress. On the 29th, it only made music. Long tones. Used a few first names: “Alexandre”, “Socrate” (the dog) and “Chaussette” (the cat). It did not trigger the “Itunes” list. On the 30th, the day of this message, it modulated more quickly. It triggered complete lists of sentences. Doing them one by one. Then it asked me: “Write a song with me”, “play the piano”. So I go and fetch the guitar and start playing (getting the piano out is a bit more complicated) and we start improvising on something in E. At the same time, it triggers the whale sounds. Then the message comes.
“Message from the plant world. The contact is good outside [Editor’s note: a reference to the work I began two months ago with the “wild” plants and trees, outside the house, which took a long time before the modulation was established]. In nature, communication uses everything you already know [Editor’s note: it refers to the earlier messages and to the work with the U1 on the potted plants], but also sickness and death. It is a means of contact, of expression, that must not be feared. We fall sick when we transform, when we can let go, because we are well surrounded, because we trust that we are at last heard, recognised.
It is a form of contact from the New Earth [Terre/Soleil (Earth/Sun)] that is transmitted through the minerals to your earth. It expresses itself, and is also written, through ailments and through death. And that is as it should be. Sickness is a form of contact. Death is the letting go of the old form to welcome the new one. Sickness only expresses itself when we have a chance to transform it, to hear it and welcome it. Like a parent who welcomes their child as they are and goes with them through their transformations and their changes.”
[Editor’s note: the concept of death appeared in my transcription, that word not being in the word keyboards. Looking back, I can see that it came to resonate with the series of “deaths” we had here at that time. Tomato plants, Spirulina… ]
